• Develop innovative technical topics and support planning
• Actively support and shape the architecture
• Support planning and collaborate in the agile team
• Take responsibility for the team's work results (architecture, business analysis, testing)
• Ensure that high quality requirements are met
• Documentation and participation in meetings

Requirements

Must have

• Completed computer science degree (ETH, university, university of applied sciences) or equivalent education
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing extensive and complex software systems and an established programming language
• Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns such as messaging, Java 21+, Spring Boot, microservices, ESTA stack, Kafka, and REST
• Experience with IntelliJ, test frameworks (unit testing), CI/CD tools, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira, and cloud knowledge (Openshift, AWS, Azure)
• Customer and quality orientation, skills for appropriate communication and social competence
• Leadership skills, independent action, conflict resolution ability, and a positive attitude
• Great interest in new technological topics
• German and English spoken and written

Nice to have

• Experience with API management solutions and Angular frontend development
• Experience with SAFE and agile working methods such as Kanban or Scrum

Work location: Bern region (hybrid remote 50/50)

Duration: asap until end of 2026 (with option to extend)
