The Parameterization Team ensures that the core system Syrius is perfectly aligned with our business processes – for maximum precision and efficiency. Do you feel at home in the agile world, bring complex matters to the point, and tackle challenges with enthusiasm?

• You specify, parameterize, and test our core system Syrius to delight our insured customers with optimally functioning processes.
• As a sparring partner for the customer department, you contribute to continuously developing Syrius and ideally adapting it to practical use.
• Together with the departments, you steer processes on course – with the goal of cleverly reducing maintenance costs.
• You keep an overview and ensure smooth operation together with our partners.
• Fresh ideas, creative approaches, and the courage to rethink: You consistently drive IT innovation at KPT.

• a completed education or degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
• profound Syrius knowledge in the area of parameterization
• a strong willingness to learn and innovate
• a lot of personal responsibility, solution orientation, and openness to new ideas
• fluent German in spoken and written form – English skills are an advantage
