Your Tasks
- Administrative and operational support of the Product & Textile research group and another research group
- Advisory and administrative support for researchers in their research projects (e.g., project budgeting) and administrative tasks (e.g., project calculation, project initiation, monitoring, support for interim reports, project completion)
- Internal interface, especially with HR, controlling, and the Grants Office of Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts
- External interface to funding agencies, such as the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), Innosuisse, and foundations
- Administrative and organizational tasks in the research office, including onboarding new employees, research key figures, support for event organization, monitoring cross-cutting research cost centers
- Participation in the research office, including further development, process improvement, interface with research communication
Your Profile
- University degree (Bachelor) with a business administration focus, or commercial basic training with additional qualifications (e.g., executive assistance, project management) and several years of professional experience
- Independent and structured working style, even in situations with constantly changing challenges
- Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and find goal-oriented solutions
- Team-oriented, service-oriented, and open
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Very familiar with SAP, MS Teams, and enjoy working with digital tools
- Experience in project administration is an advantage
