WIRmachenDRUCK AG is one of the leading online printing companies in Switzerland. In our modern production facility in Baar, we process and package high-quality printed products for customers throughout Switzerland – quickly, precisely, and reliably.
We are looking for a committed employee (m/f/d) 100% with fixed working hours (10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Mon-Fri) for handling complaints, returns, and supporting production in digital printing, who will support our on-site team. We place great value on your development and offer you a variety of training and further education opportunities in our WIRmachenDRUCK Academy to continuously expand your skills.
Your Tasks
Handling Complaints & Returns
- Receiving, checking, and processing customer complaints
- Processing returns including internal clarifications
- Documenting complaints in the system
- Close cooperation with production, customer service, and logistics
- Support in root cause analysis and quality assurance
Support in Print Production
- Assisting with ongoing tasks in print production
- Checking printed products (quality, completeness, deadlines)
- Packaging, sorting, and preparation work
- General support of the production team as needed
Your Profile
- Experience in a printing company, production, or logistics is an advantage
- Structured and reliable working style
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Team player, resilient, and flexible
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of PC applications is an advantage
