The Sägermatt Retirement and Nursing Home offers a home to 50 people from Lengnau and the surrounding area who require light to intensive care. Of these, 12 places are in the residential group for people with dementia or special needs. We support and promote their existing resources and are particularly committed to meaningful and enjoyable life and daily activities.

You bring with you
- Experience in long-term care and support with night shift experience
- High social competence
- Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, high independence
Tasks
- Ensuring professional care based on the nursing process
- Professional care and support of residents, especially during the night
- Providing assistance in complex situations
- Documenting and interpreting the nursing services provided
- Occasional guidance and support of our trainees
