LEITpuls positions itself as an independent partner for clients, investors and planning teams in demanding construction projects. The focus is on integral project management of building services topics across all phases - from the early concept and feasibility study phase through planning and execution to commissioning.

Your tasks
- Overall management and technical coordination in the field of building services systems for complex projects
- Representation of the client and safeguarding their interests vis-à-vis contractors, planners and authorities
- Responsibility for communication and coordination with clients, investors, authorities, user groups, specialist planners and other project participants
- Ensuring quality, schedule and cost targets
- Professional advice and support for clients in all project phases - from concept development to commissioning / operational phase
Your profile
- Qualification as a certified engineer FH or technician TS/HF in the field of electrical or HVAC or several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Solid experience in project management in energy and building services or in building services systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High personal responsibility and independent working style
- Commitment and social skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
