LANDI Ganterschwil-Lütisburg Cooperative is a lively and successful trading and service company in Toggenburg employing 6 staff members. It operates in the areas of agricultural trade, AGROLA heating and fuels, as well as retail.

Managing Director

You are responsible for the regionally anchored LANDI organization and lead it in a customer- and result-oriented manner. You are responsible for organizational and leadership tasks. You are also involved in support, acquisition, sales, and consulting activities. You are the contact person for the board of directors for all questions and competently represent your area in committees. For this responsible and versatile position, we are looking for a person who enjoys leadership tasks and has business acumen.

You bring experience in retail, agriculture, or agribusiness as well as an interest in business management. You demonstrate the necessary closeness to the products with solid knowledge and interest. Leadership experience is an advantage. We expect entrepreneurial and networked thinking, initiative, and exemplary commitment. You convince through high social competence, dedication, as well as communication and leadership strength. Independence and a corresponding skilled handling of communication tools complete your profile.
