• communicate with customers and create offers, invoices & order confirmations
• organize events and send advertising material
• post customer and supplier invoices and manage dunning
• process orders in purchasing and send spare parts
• work with modern IT tools and write reports – independently or based on templates
• prepare accounting closings and post them correctly

What you should bring:

✅ Secondary school A
✅ Good grades in math, German, English & French
✅ Enjoy contact with people
✅ Interest in commercial processes
✅ Motivation, team spirit & organizational talent
✅ Affinity for IT & MS Office
✅ Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
