We are looking for a SITE MANAGER - SAWING AND DRILLING to join our dynamic company Fracheboud SA at the Châtel-St-Denis (FR) site. If you want to leave your mark on large-scale projects and grow within a company that values tradition as much as innovation, this is the opportunity for you.

Your mission

• Organise, lead and supervise your sites

• Ensure the link between the client, the various stakeholders and the site teams, managing sawing and drilling works in compliance with technical and financial objectives, deadlines, as well as quality, safety and environmental (QSE) requirements

• Plan and organise sites to allocate the right human and material resources

• Monitor and control the execution of works to guarantee impeccable quality and budget compliance

• Manage team leaders and foremen on site and ensure communication between sites, branch management and other bodies

Your key skills

• You hold a recognised diploma as Site Manager, HES/EPF Engineer or equivalent training

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a site manager, ideally in drilling and/or demolition

• You are recognised for your cross-functional and inspiring leadership, adaptability, assertiveness and interpersonal skills

• You enjoy challenges and are committed to quality work
