To strengthen our Personal Insurance Division, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a versatile Complex Case Specialist, responsible for the autonomous and proactive management of files in the handling of complex claims in the field of accident insurance (LAA).

The various tasks awaiting you:

• Fully manage the files of the assigned portfolio
• Settlement and control of invoices, drafting decisions, monitoring pensions
• Collaborate with the different teams of the division to efficiently handle German-speaking and French-speaking files

What makes you unique:

• Federal insurance diploma or an equivalent recognized qualification
• Several years of practical experience in benefits management in personal insurance with good technical knowledge
• Very good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office)
• Perfect command of German and French, both spoken and written
