The patient administration ensures timely and complete billing of all services provided at the Schwyz Hospital (outpatient and inpatient). The organization and processes of patient administration must be adapted to the continuously changing requirements and legal regulations.

Billing Specialist for Patient Invoicing 80%
Your Challenge
- Responsibility for correct and timely billing of inpatient cases
- Responsibility for correct and timely billing of our contracted physicians
- Collaboration and interface management with other areas in the hospital
- Initiating and implementing process optimizations (e.g., service recording, administrative processes, digitization projects, etc.)
- Management of rejections
Your Profile
- Completed training or further education in business administration, nursing, or medical field (HF/FH, hospital specialist with federal diploma or comparable qualification)
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss tariff and healthcare system, especially in the outpatient sector (Tarmed and Tardoc) is a prerequisite.
- Social competence: communication, criticism, and conflict resolution skills, teamwork ability
- Personal competence: resilience, confidentiality, assertiveness, flexibility, logic, analytical skills, quick comprehension
