Responsible for Finance and Payroll / 80-100 %

We are looking for you for our Finance department starting May 1, 2026, or by agreement as a Responsible person for Finance and Payroll / 80-100 %

Your tasks:

• You manage the financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll accounting – including social security and withholding tax.
• You prepare the quarterly and annual financial statements as well as the annual budget and work closely with management.
• You keep an eye on liquidity and take care of VAT returns.
• You are the central contact person for all financial matters, both internally and externally.

Your profile:

• You have a commercial basic education (KV) and a qualified further education in finance and accounting, ideally with a professional certificate.
• You bring several years of experience in a similar position.
• You always keep an overview, even when things get hectic.
• MS Office is a matter of course for you, and ideally, you are also familiar with SAGE/Infoniqa (One 200).
• Your working style is careful and precise, and you handle sensitive data responsibly and discreetly.
