The central maintenance department within the Technical Services Department takes care of the technical building equipment of the hotels and workspaces and is responsible, among other things, for their maintenance as well as all technical and safety-relevant processes.

* Are part of the project team and the first point of contact for all questions regarding MEP
* Are responsible for the commissioning of technical systems during new openings
* Accompany and advise the clients in the planning of building services trades
* Conduct site inspections for quality control and are responsible for compliance with building services standards
* Contribute to the creation of sustainability concepts and lead inspections with external energy management companies to optimize our systems
* Create concepts and analyses of maintenance processes as well as cost-benefit calculations of energy-saving measures and economic feasibility studies
* Are responsible for the optimization and availability of the technical systems of the existing property throughout the entire lease period
We have been waiting for you because you:
* Have completed studies in technical building management or a comparable education
* Already have several years of professional experience in a similar field and may have also worked abroad
* Consider professional appearance, loyalty, and integrity as a matter of course
* Like to be on the move and are not averse to traveling
* Know all relevant DIN standards like the back of your hand and terms like LLED, BREEAM, or DGNB are not new to you
* Are accustomed to dealing professionally with investors and clients as well as craftsmen
* Have excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
