At BISON, we are building a modern and effective Corporate Services organization that relieves our management, strengthens the company, and takes the organization to the next level.

For this, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who combines operational excellence with strategic development. With clarity, energy, and leadership strength, you and your team will create a supportive department that establishes structures and simplifies processes.

You will work closely with management and shape the interface between leadership, organization, and internal collaboration as a sparring partner.

• You strategically develop Corporate Services and position the area as a proactive partner to management
• You lead and develop a team of 9 employees across our locations and ensure a service-oriented way of working with them
• You are responsible for central support processes (including management assistance, office management, and business services), ensure efficient, documented workflows, and continuously improve them
• You coordinate internal communication in close coordination with management and ensure clarity and consistency in internal information
• You build a scalable organization that grows with the company. In doing so, you develop structures, roles, processes, and service offerings anew or further
• You create transparent budget overviews and cost control in the Corporate Services area

• Several years of leadership experience in Corporate Services, Executive Support, or a comparable function
• Strong in structure, prioritization, and implementation
• Confident in appearance towards management and executives
• High personal responsibility, pragmatism, and willingness to shape
• Ability to balance different interests and find viable solutions
