In the area of benefits of disability insurance, we are looking for a service-oriented, committed, and empathetic personality with social insurance know-how, interest in medical matters, and joy in interdisciplinary collaboration for the Benefits in Kind and Helplessness Compensation team immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

You receive submitted documents and record applications for helplessness compensation, aids, and medical measures.
You check the benefit-related and insurance-related entitlement requirements.
You carry out internal and external clarifications according to instructions and initiate the corresponding processes.
You are responsible for determining benefits according to IVG and AHVG and for preparing decisions.
You advise our insured persons personally and by phone, provide information, and process hearings.
You maintain an interprofessional, cooperative collaboration with all involved persons.

Your skills

You have a paramedical or commercial education with EFZ.
You bring knowledge in social insurance, especially knowledge in the benefits area of disability insurance or another social insurance (UV, BV, daily sickness allowance).
You have completed the federal specialist certificate in social insurance or are willing to obtain it.
You work both accurately and efficiently and quickly find your way around IT systems.
You are a motivated, independent, responsible, and resilient personality with a positive attitude.
