Your Tasks
- Deputy management of a residential area with approx. 30 eligible persons and 14 employees
- Supporting the management team in leading, advising, and promoting our qualified and committed employees within the framework of the house's objectives and the AMEOS Group's mission statement
- Care and supportive assistance for the eligible persons
- Coordination and implementation of visits, standards, and guidelines
- Responsibility regarding the assistance for the people cared for and their contact persons, e.g., families and legal guardians (m/f/d)
- Taking over administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d), health and nursing nurse (m/f/d), curative education nurse (m/f/d), educator (m/f/d), social worker (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- Experience working with impaired people
- High empathy and sense of responsibility
- Initial leadership experience is desirable as well as a high degree of team-oriented work
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Driving license class B
