The Human Resources department is offering a position of
Head of Consulting and Personnel Management & HR Projects
Your mission
Reporting to the Human Resources Directorate, you manage all activities of the Consulting division and the Personnel Management & HR Projects division. You lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of about thirty specialized employees, ensuring quality, coherence, and innovation in the HR services offered. Your role covers both managerial and strategic support for business lines, supervision of administrative processes, and management of HR digitalization. You represent the organization with social partners and ensure legal and regulatory compliance of practices.
Your main responsibilities
- Supervise and develop HR services related to the employee lifecycle (recruitment, integration, follow-up, mobility, departure),
- ensure the reliability and compliance of administrative processes (contracts, working time, salaries, social insurance, etc.),
- manage and motivate your teams, promoting cross-functionality and harmonization of HR practices,
- drive the digitalization of HR processes and ensure the optimization of tools (SAP HR or equivalents),
- participate in the development and budget monitoring of the service,
- represent the organization with social partners and external control bodies,
- produce and analyze HR indicators (dashboards, statistics, strategic reporting),
- be the key contact for managers and employees for all strategic and operational HR matters.
Your profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources, law, economics, social sciences, or equivalent training,
- additional certification (MAS, CAS in project management/management, or federal diploma in HR/social insurance),
- at least 10 years of proven experience in Human Resources, including 5 years in a management/supervisory role,
- excellent knowledge of HR administrative management, social insurance, and labor legislation,
- successful experience in managing strategic projects,
- natural leadership and ability to unite and motivate a multidisciplinary team,
- strong results orientation, autonomy, and initiative,
- developed sense of organization, rigor, and stress resistance,
- good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders (management, social partners, employees),
- perfect command of French (spoken and written), with good knowledge of German and/or English,
- proficiency in HR IT tools (SAP HR or equivalents) and excellent digital skills.
