The Blue Cross Bern-Solothurn-Freiburg is a specialist organization for addiction issues with the areas of work prevention + health promotion, counseling + therapy as well as integration + enterprises. Around 90 employees and about 260 volunteers at 13 locations implement the diverse services, which are co-financed by service contracts from the cantons as well as donations and contributions from institutions and private individuals.
The networking with the Swiss and International Blue Cross supports innovation and quality assurance. The Blue Cross is politically and denominationally independent.

Workload 60%
Area of activity:
- Counseling and support of people in employment and professional/social integration
- Case management and contact person work (goals, status discussions, documentation)
- Planning and coordination of next steps towards integration in cooperation with specialist offices and partner organizations
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external bodies
- Administrative and organizational tasks in everyday work
- Support of volunteers
Requirements profile:
- Tertiary level qualification in the social sector (social pedagogy, work pedagogy or equivalent)
- Experience in the psychosocial environment / addiction field desired
- Very structured, independent working style, hands-on mentality and team spirit
- Resilience, flexibility and enjoyment of relationship work in challenging situations
- Native language German or French, very good knowledge of the other language
- Good PC user skills
