For our hospital pharmacy at the University Hospital Zurich (USZ) directly on the hospital campus, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

• Support of the USZ hospital pharmacy team in the pharmaceutical supply of the University Hospital Zurich (USZ).
• Providing telephone and written information regarding inquiries about orders and medicines.
• Processing customer orders and developing solutions in case of supply shortages.
• Managing the emergency stock of the hospital pharmacy for the USZ directly on campus.
• Supporting the USZ departments in managing their ward pharmacies.

• Completed training as a Pharma Assistant EFZ
• Independent, proactive, and reliable working style
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical environment
• SAP knowledge and good Excel skills are an advantage
• You speak fluent German.
• You have a friendly, service-oriented manner and enjoy competently advising and supporting the various healthcare professionals at USZ.
