- You analyze the individual situation early on and initiate targeted measures for professional reintegration.
- You are in direct contact with insured persons, employers, treating doctors, and social insurance agencies.
- You work closely with colleagues in claims processing at headquarters as well as with our regional agencies.
- You actively shape the reintegration process – always focusing on a sustainable and fair solution for all parties involved.
This is what you bring
- A completed basic education – ideally supplemented with further training in the field of case management and/or social insurance
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- You work goal-oriented, independently, and solution-focused.
- Your high social competence, healthy assertiveness, and commitment distinguish you.
- You are flexible, willing to travel, and possess a valid driver's license (PW).
