• You are responsible for the timely processing of accounts payable invoices and credit notes
• You independently code due invoices for the ancillary cost statements
• You carry out the necessary clarifications for credit notes (both internally and externally)
• You independently conduct internal clarifications in case of uncertainties in coding

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
• You have several years of professional commercial experience
• You have an interest in accounting/financial accounting
• Your native language is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
• You enjoy working with numbers and IT systems
• You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
