Your Scope of Action
- As the head of a specialist group, you are responsible for the further development and implementation of our installation process from on-site installation, through forecasting to final billing.
- You bring your experience in leading and managing complex projects in the field of building technology.
- You analyze both challenging and successful projects – to proactively optimize processes and standardize them across the 40 subsidiaries.
- You ensure quality standards (audits, minimum standards) and jointly take them to the next level.
- As a specialist group leader, you are responsible for the further development of our installation process.
- You support and advise project managers in the subsidiaries on an equal footing and share your know-how.
What You Bring
- A completed degree in building technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in managing complex projects – ideally in electrical or building technology.
- A good sense of economic contexts as well as experience in controlling and conceptual project work.
- Solid technical knowledge and a confident understanding of sustainable project implementation.
- You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and communicate clearly – also in French.
- You are flexible, resilient, and enjoy traveling – travel within Switzerland is a matter of course for you.
