Your tasks
- Consultation and support of residents to achieve the greatest possible self-determination, high autonomy, and competent participation in various areas of life
- Prudent action in crisis situations according to given scenarios
- Assumption of leadership tasks
- Support and guidance of students in the training process
- Completion of administrative and organizational tasks
- Organization and participation in group and house activities
- Collaboration in projects and specialist groups within Brändi
Your profile
- Social Pedagogue HF/FH with specific professional experience or equivalent training
- Further training as a practical trainer
- Leadership training or willingness to undertake it
- Knowledge in de-escalation management and with SEED
- Calmness, humor, and assertiveness
- Willingness to work flexibly in day, evening, and weekend shifts
