Vivale Kirchdorf is a family-oriented and modern senior center near Baden AG. With our three areas of senior living, assisted living, and nursing care, we offer a warm home to 47 senior women and men. In addition to the nursing home and 42 apartments, we also operate public restaurants at two locations.

The house is part of Reliva AG based in Zurich, which operates four senior centers and a patient hotel with around 420 employees. Since December 2023, Reliva AG has been a member of the Tertianum Group.

We are looking for immediate or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the care and support of the residents
• Taking over daily responsibility in the early and late shifts
• Co-responsibility for the correct implementation of care processes
• Co-responsibility for care documentation and RAI performance recording
• Medication management
• Conducting doctor visits

Your profile and qualifications

• Completed training as a Health Specialist or Care EFZ
• Certificate as a vocational trainer and experience as a vocational trainer
• Experience in long-term care as well as knowledge and experience in RAI
• Strong social, professional, and methodological competence
• Good German and PC skills
• Flexibility, resilience, and reliability
