To support the existing night shift team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for
Certified Nursing Specialist HF in Night Shift
40 - 70 % workload
Your tasks
- Ensuring professionally correct medical/nursing care at night
- Guidance of non-certified nursing staff during the night
- Taking over necessary tasks in all residential areas that are not within the competence of the on-site nursing staff
- Collaboration with 8 health care specialists and nursing assistants across 10 wards
- Updating nursing documentation
- Implementation and further development of our quality management system according to ISO 9001 and RAI
- Supporting smooth shift operations and cross-departmental collaboration
Your profile
- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- High respect for elderly, mentally ill and demented people
- Knowledge of RAI and Easy Dok is an advantage
- Independence
- Quality and cost awareness
