The Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich was partially privatized in 2018 and has since been the owner, builder, and operator of the clinic properties. The Infrastructure and Technology department has therefore been reorganized and further developed.
We are looking for a
Your tasks
- Support in managing the spaces and rooms in the portfolio inventory
- Participation in occupancy and reshuffle planning according to room standards and space specifications with a focus on optimizing daily business and cost-effectiveness
- Support in coordinating and communicating room allocations and conversions involving various stakeholders
- Advising and supporting applicants in needs management and preliminary review of applications
- Collaboration in developing key figures and benchmarks
- Participation and support in projects from the departments of property and construction project management
Your profile
- Ongoing training in the field of Facility Management
- Basic knowledge of project management is an advantage
- Solid MS Office user skills
- User knowledge in CAD and CAFM programs is an advantage
- Fluent and negotiation-secure German in spoken and written form
- Communication skills towards various stakeholders and target groups
- Friendly, responsible, and team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
- Conceptual thinking and structured working style
