What you will achieve

• You are the hub between maintenance work, fire protection training, and sales orders
• You prepare documents for our service technicians and ensure that all information is at the right place at the right time
• You competently support our customers by phone and email and ensure high customer satisfaction
• You maintain our customer data and orders in the Abacus system and always keep an overview
• You prepare monthly reports and commission statements
• You invoice the services to our customers.

What you bring

• Commercial or technical basic training with experience in administration
• Interest in fire protection and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Structured, independent working style and a flair for numbers
• Organizational talent, resilience, and a reliable appearance
• Good IT user skills (Abacus is an advantage)
