As a system integrator in the field of nurse call, we provide our customers with expert advice on the topic of nurse call in hospitals, nursing homes, and specialized clinics. We plan, design, and implement nurse call systems and offer a wide range of aids. In addition, we carry out maintenance and service work to provide comprehensive support to our customers.
For the further expansion of our nurse call department in the region of Bern, Aargau, Solothurn, Basel-Land, and Basel-Stadt, we are looking for an independent and responsible colleague who has completed basic training in the electrical engineering field. With your affinity for sales, you are ready to be trained as a sales professional in the field of nurse call. You fit into a young and agile team and are characterized by your independent actions. You are a doer and enjoy implementing ideas and projects independently. You like to take responsibility, enjoy customer contact, and are also happy to travel throughout German-speaking Switzerland. Your main tasks include:
- Sales of new systems and renovations in the field of nurse call systems
- Expansion of the customer base and maintenance of customer relationships
- Creating offers, calculations, and preparing submissions
- Cold calling for new customer acquisition and cross-selling to open up new markets
- Coordinating orders and advising customers
- Data maintenance in our CRM system (Bitrix 24) and further development of our automated sales processes
