Senior Specialist - Footwear Tooling Engineer

These are your tasks

• Technical leadership of a cross-functional team for the development and operation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions (On-Prem & Cloud)
• Driving the automation of IAM processes and integration of all relevant IT systems
• Prioritizing the backlog, planning and coordinating releases, tests, and rollouts in an agile environment
• Leading role in conceptual IAM topics, including Privileged Access Management, and interface to IT security and IT architecture
• Ensuring technical documentation, compliance reports, and conducting IAM training

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in the design, operation, and further development of IAM and PAM solutions in hybrid environments
• Solid knowledge of current authentication and authorization standards as well as ideally experience with Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience in agile working methods, ideally as a Product Owner or team leader in the security context
• University degree in (business) informatics as well as further training in IT security
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, analytical thinking, self-motivation, and teamwork skills
