What You Can Achieve
Setting up and operating various winding machines
Manufacturing insulating bodies according to order documents
Careful execution of all relevant work steps (e.g., cutting and inserting films, winding process, contacting the measuring point)
Documentation of production and process values
Troubleshooting as well as maintenance and repair work on machines
Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Quality control of the manufactured products
Orderliness and cleanliness at the workplace as well as actively contributing improvement suggestions
What You Bring
High awareness of safety and quality
Basic technical understanding, ideally technical training or further education (e.g., machine operator)
Willingness to learn and motivation for further development
Team spirit and enjoyment in achieving goals together
Reliability and initiative
Basic knowledge of German (B1/B2); experience with a tiller, crane, or lifting platform is an advantage
