The Regional Employment Center (RAV) ensures competent and comprehensive advice for job seekers, employers, and other authorities. It supports job seekers in their reintegration process into the labor market with measures from unemployment insurance. A quick and lasting job placement is the main focus.

We are looking for a

Personnel Consultant RAV Sargans (m/f/d)

starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement

Workload: 80-100%

Workplace: Sargans

What to expect

• Advising and placing job-seeking individuals
• Conducting and documenting counseling sessions
• Developing and agreeing on appropriate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
• Cooperating with internal specialist departments (labor market measures logistics, legal service, employer service, etc.)
• Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in case of abuses
• Performing all administrative tasks related to the activities

What distinguishes you

• Commercial basic training or apprenticeship with commercial further education
• Federal diploma as HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or willingness to complete this further education
• Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close relation to social insurance
• Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with a wide range of interlocutors from different social and cultural backgrounds
• Flexibility and willingness to possibly work at the RAV locations Heerbrugg and Rapperswil
