Nurse Specialist / Nurse Specialist Heart Failure Counseling

We are looking for you from January 1, 2026, or by arrangement as

• You conduct educational and counseling conversations with patients with chronic heart failure and their relatives – both outpatient and inpatient. In doing so, you convey understandable knowledge about the disease, medications, nutrition, exercise, and self-monitoring
• You promote adherence and support the early detection of decompensations
• You work interdisciplinarily and actively contribute to the further development of our heart failure programs as well as quality assurance
• You document and evaluate your consultations according to our internal standards and guidelines

• You have a diploma as a nurse specialist HF or a Bachelor / Master of Science in Nursing
• You have professional experience in cardiology and in caring for patients with heart failure
• You bring strong counseling skills and enjoy educational work with patients
• You work independently, take responsibility, and communicate clearly and empathetically
• You are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration and want to actively shape the specialist field
