Tasks
As a leader, you are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and shape the daily business of the Office for Child and Adult Protection. You are part of the management of the Olten social region and jointly responsible for the development and implementation of innovative tools to optimally position the social region.
Directly reporting to you are two team leaders, whom you support and lead professionally and personally. Furthermore, the specialist unit "Private Mandate Holders" reports to you.
Expectations
- Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences in social work (or equivalent education)
- Further training in social management is an advantage, or willingness to complete it if necessary
- Several years of professional experience in the field of child and adult protection including assessments are essential
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Resilient and flexible personality
- Knowledge and experience in the commercial field
- Knowledge of the case management system KLIBnet is an advantage
- Ability for interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork
