Your area of responsibility
- Leading and promoting the installation team while considering our corporate culture and values
- Managing and supporting installation orders including correspondence and billing
- Assigning and controlling the execution of installation orders to subcontractors
- Information, feedback, and exchange with project managers
- Customer-oriented actions with various contact persons
- Ensuring installation quality
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines

What you bring
- Completed training as a polybuilder or comparable technical basic training
- Several years of experience in a comparable role in the construction/construction-related industry (metal construction, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial personality with high planning and leadership skills
- You are resilient and have a structured and efficient way of working
- Good communication skills
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, CRM solutions are an advantage
- High customer, service, and solution orientation
- Driver's license category B
