The Eglin Elektro AG Aarau is part of the Eglin Group, which is a regionally rooted family business in the canton of Aargau and Dietikon with modern corporate structures.
The group consists of 14 companies engaged in the fields of electrical installations, building automation, ICT solutions, and real estate development.

For our location in Aarau, we are looking for a project manager to strengthen our team immediately or by agreement.

In this versatile position, the following points are part of your area of responsibility:

Your Tasks
• Responsible for optimal and correct execution on the construction site in the area of
   high and low voltage projects from the quotation to the billing
• Responsible for personnel allocation, material ordering, schedule control, and
   cost monitoring
• Preparation of orders
• Independent and timely completion of assembly orders
• Clear communication between the contracting parties
• Deputy of the managing director
• You lead and train your employees
• Responsible for compliance with and enforcement of safety regulations
   and health protection for your employees
• Assistance in internal apprenticeship training and preparation for final exams

Your Qualifications
• You have completed training as an electrician EFZ
• Preferably professional experience and/or further training in the area of project management
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Good IT user skills (MS Office programs)
• Valid driver's license category B
• Organizational talent with a sense of interconnected thinking and a high level of service
• Friendly and pleasant demeanor, teamwork ability, and high customer orientation
• You are a communicative, innovative, and open personality with a speedy,
   precise, and structured way of working
