Polymechanic, as Quality Inspector
Activities
- Carrying out incoming goods, intermediate and final inspections
- Measuring and testing mechanical precision parts according to drawing and test plan
- Operating measuring instruments and measuring machines (e.g. calipers, micrometers, height gauges, possibly 3D measuring machine)
- Documenting test results and creating test reports
- Identifying, analyzing and reporting quality deviations
- Cooperating with production and AVOR to ensure product quality
- Participating in continuous improvement processes
Requirements
- Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
- Experience in quality inspection is an advantage
- Very good understanding of technical drawings and tolerances
- Precise, reliable and independent working style
- High quality awareness and sense of responsibility
- Teamwork skills and good communication skills
- German spoken and written
