Your Tasks
You are jointly responsible for the leadership and organization of the IMC. You promote and support employees in their development, ensure the care of new employees, and create conditions that enable a high level of care quality. A constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional collaboration is a matter of course for you.
Your Profile
You are a qualified nursing professional with NDS HF intensive care, who has at least 2 years of professional experience. You have leadership training or the willingness to complete such training. In addition, you possess high social and self-competence as well as good organizational skills. Your structured thinking and actions distinguish you just as much as your willingness to change. You seek the challenge of leading your team into the future and actively shaping it.
