What you achieve
- You care for and support our clients at home by responding individually to their needs and ensuring high-quality care.
- You support and accompany relatives in all nursing matters.
- You work closely with the responsible nursing professional and contribute to the optimal care of our patients.
- You promote the professional development of nursing staff of other competency levels through guidance and support in daily work.
- As an important link between the responsible nursing professional and the care team, you contribute to comprehensive care and support for the clients.
What you bring
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) and ideally have already gained experience in home care.
- You possess solid nursing expertise and enjoy working with people in all life situations.
- You are a strong team player who quickly finds access to clients and relatives through your open, communicative, and empathetic nature.
- You have a Category B driving license, which you are happy to use.
