Job description
We are seeking an Infrastructure Expert - F/H/X to lead and maintain our Record Keeping program in Geneva, ensuring the compliance, integrity, and sustainability of communication records (emails, calls, Teams) in a highly regulated, multilingual environment.
🔧 Your Mission
- Guarantee the compliance, integrity, and sustainability of communication records (emails, calls, Teams) within the Group Record Keeping program
- Drive product strategy, deploy and maintain archiving solutions
- Lead transversal projects related to digital transformation and infrastructure
- Monitor KPIs and present results to management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (FINMA) and Swiss data protection standards
- Collaborate in a multilingual environment (French, English) with high regulatory demands
- Utilize and optimize tools such as O365, Teams, Verba, and AxsOne for record keeping
✅ What You Bring
- Advanced experience (10+ years) in infrastructure management and legal archiving
- Proven expertise in digital transformation and deployment of archiving solutions
- Mastery of communication and archiving tools: O365, Teams, Verba, AxsOne
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FINMA) and Swiss data protection standards
- Fluent in English; French mother tongue
- High sense of compliance and attention to detail
- Ability to manage transversal projects, monitor KPIs, and present to management
