As a Team Leader Planning/Architecture, you lead a team of 4 - 5 planners and are responsible for the structural part of our projects. Your influence and responsibility include not only all construction-relevant tasks but also design elements such as the creation of color and material concepts, which ultimately create a successful connection between function and form. Your competent and professional leadership of all involved planners and partners, as well as your eloquent interaction with all internal contacts, is a decisive success factor.
Another focus of your task is the leadership and promotion of our young talents in planning. You are responsible for the operational task and project distribution, the quality of the work, and the continuous development of the team. Your contribution thus provides a decisive added value in promoting our own junior staff.

• We are looking for YOU, an upbeat, likeable, and positive new team member
• Your education as an architect FH or certified technician HF forms the appropriate professional foundation for the role
• You have very good ArchiCAD skills, especially in 3D planning
• You have already gained initial experience in leading and promoting young planning talents
• Your knowledge in industrial or infrastructure construction facilitates your entry
• You are well versed in Swiss construction and logistics standards
• Your interdisciplinary understanding of holistic, conceptual planning and design tasks as well as a high level of presentation skills make you a sought-after contact person
