Your main tasks
- Support and further develop the management system
- Support and further develop risk management
- Support the continuous improvement process (CIP) with the line
- Collaborate in the area of occupational safety, health protection / safety
- Lead and participate in projects
- Initiate and accompany development processes in the organization
- Analyze, contribute, and implement opportunities of digital transformation
Your profile
We are looking for an experienced, communicative, and team-oriented personality with
- Completed vocational training or higher professional or university education
- Further training in quality management or comparable education
- Professional experience in quality management
- Professional experience in risk management; further training in risk management is an advantage
- Further training in occupational safety, health protection / safety is an advantage
- Interest in public transport
- Interest in digitalization
- Customer-oriented thinking, initiative, and passion for work
