People & Culture Business Partner (Member of Management) (m/f/d) 100%
Your mission:
As a People & Culture Business Partner with a focus on Learning & Development, you work passionately both operationally and conceptually. As a discussion partner, you offer added value in consulting to the line. Ultimately, you independently, purposefully, and efficiently lead L&D projects.
Your contribution:
- Sparring partner for the assigned support areas (approx. 150 employees)
- Responsibility for all HR core processes in the assigned support areas
- Co-responsibility for the decisions made within the team regarding the design of the HR function and our fundamental collaboration
- Contact person, advisor, and coach for supervisors in their leadership role, as well as for employees in various matters
- Ensuring consistent equality of employees (salary, further training, promotion or change of function)
- Fundamental improvement suggestions to be introduced, discussed, and implemented
Your skills and talents:
- Education/training in HR, psychology, or pedagogy
- Proven experience as a Business Partner and involvement in L&D projects
- Fluent in German and French, advanced English
- Interest in technologies, new media, and efficiency-enhancing solutions
- Enjoyment of regular interaction, contact, and exchange with the line
- «Flow» in conceptual work and implementation of projects and changes
- Willingness to support different locations, business areas, and people
