Administrative Assistant (M/F)
For our branch based in Neuchâtel within an HVAC department, we are looking for a 100% administrative assistant with technical knowledge.
Your tasks
- Managing daily office tasks including sorting mail and processing emails
- Handling various client documents and information related to the sector
- Formatting various documents such as letters, reports, contracts, amendments
- Ensuring the registration and traceability of various documents on the IT network
- Providing daily administrative support to managers
- Managing billing for repairs and quotes at the branch
- Managing orders in compliance with the purchasing process
- Managing schedules via the CMMS
- Entering customer offers/orders in SAP Fiori.
- Assisting with subcontractor management and cross-functional services
- Participating in and organizing weekly meetings
Your profile
- Proven experience in administrative work and client management
- Very good organizational skills and customer orientation
- Adaptability to complex situations and excellent communication
- Proficiency in common IT tools, knowledge of a CMMS is a strong asset
- Experience in the technical field is an advantage
