Your tasks
Appointment coordination, administrative and organizational matters for the chief physicians as well as for the department management "Rehabilitation & Neurology"
Organization of training and further education events and events, planning/organization of meetings
Organization and minute-taking of the Medical Executive Committee
PEP management for the entire medical team
Creating duty and ward round schedules
Support of assistant doctors in the admission and discharge process including associated personnel administration (recording of entry notifications, changes, etc. in the personnel recording tool)
Processing of expense reports, invoices, etc.
Responsibility for the smooth functioning of processes

Your profile
Completed training as chief physician secretary or several years of professional experience in a similar environment
Confident correspondence in German
Knowledge of medical terminology (advantageous)
Resilience, flexibility, and openness

Teamwork skills, versatility, and overview even in hectic situations
High service orientation
Independent working and proactive thinking
Very good PC skills, especially in the MS Office environment
