Your main tasks:- As a hostess, you are responsible for the partially serviced bistro, the takeaway, the classic gas station shop, and the gas station.
- You lead a team of 10 employees by working everywhere and as a role model, i.e., inspiring people and thus motivating, leading, and also promoting them.
- You lead by example, delight guests and customers with your cheerful and empathetic manner, build harmonious relationships, and continuously expand the circle of regular guests.
- You are responsible for profitability by keeping personnel costs under control, i.e., having enough employees in sales and service adapted to the situation but never more than necessary, while also mastering inventory management and pricing perfectly.
- The successful and profitable Bistro von Rotz is "your" operation; you are responsible for it and proud of it: the bistro as another beacon of the von Rotz Genusswelt.
- A basic hospitality education and sufficient professional experience and success to run the operation economically profitable, of excellent quality, and with outstanding service readiness.
- Experience in leading small teams, in motivating, appreciative, and respectful leadership where performance is demanded and also valued, and in situation- and employee-appropriate duty scheduling.
- An exceptional flair for business contexts. You see what needs to be done, changed, or developed where and act and react flexibly according to the situation to operate successfully.
- As a winning personality, you have a particularly high guest orientation that you live authentically – bringing joy to people is your passion.
