Your Tasks
- You warmly welcome our patients and are responsible for the administrative formalities.
- You write medical reports and take on general secretarial duties such as coordinating the large number of consultation appointments and handling telephone inquiries.
- In addition, you manage the ordering system for the pain consultation hours.
- You work during the day shift.
Your Profile
- You have completed your training as a medical hospital secretary and ideally already have some professional experience.
- Conscientious, independent, and quality-conscious work as well as good IT skills are among your strengths.
- You enjoy working in a team and like to develop yourself further.
- Fluent German and good French skills complete your profile.
