Our location in Thun is successfully established and continues to grow steadily. For the next development phase, we are looking for a committed project manager who takes responsibility, further develops existing structures, and confidently leads demanding electrical planning projects. Here you will find a well-coordinated environment with plenty of creative freedom and short decision-making paths.
Project Manager Electrical 80-100% (m/f/d)
What to expect from us:
- Management of electrical projects, including budget control and resource planning
- Responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality
- Project planning and concept creation
- Leadership of internal and external project participants
- Contact person for project-specific questions
- Further development of the Thun location: strengthening existing structures, expanding projects, and consolidating the regional market position
What you bring with you:
- Basic training in the electrical industry
- Further training as an electrical project manager with a federal certificate or
- Further training as a federally certified electrical installer or
- Further training as a FH electrical engineer specializing in energy technology or
- HF electrical technician
- Professional experience in project management of electrical planning
- Organizational and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of responsibility and development
- Good German skills, spoken and written
