Our location in Thun is successfully established and continues to grow steadily. For the next development phase, we are looking for a committed project manager who takes responsibility, further develops existing structures, and confidently leads demanding electrical planning projects. Here you will find a well-coordinated environment with plenty of creative freedom and short decision-making paths.

Project Manager Electrical 80-100% (m/f/d)

What to expect from us:

Management of electrical projects, including budget control and resource planning
Responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality
Project planning and concept creation
Leadership of internal and external project participants
Contact person for project-specific questions
Further development of the Thun location: strengthening existing structures, expanding projects, and consolidating the regional market position

What you bring with you:

Basic training in the electrical industry
Further training as an electrical project manager with a federal certificate or
Further training as a federally certified electrical installer or
Further training as a FH electrical engineer specializing in energy technology or
HF electrical technician
Professional experience in project management of electrical planning
Organizational and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of responsibility and development
Good German skills, spoken and written
