Senior IT Asset Manager

Your Mission

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and related documentation.
• Develop and implement IT asset management policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with the new organizational policies and procedures.
• Ensure software license compliance by tracking licenses, conducting audits, and managing software usage.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and vendors for IT asset procurement and support services.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with IT assets, including security vulnerabilities and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, monitor and report on ITAM process KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs related to IT assets through effective management and utilization.
