Job Description
What does your workday look like...
- You ensure not only satisfied but enthusiastic guests at the reception late at night
You take care that the cash register is booked and the day is checked before everyone wakes up again
You are available to guests at night as a contact person for all concerns
You conduct regular security rounds to make sure no one gets lost in the building and everything is calm and safe
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume...
You have completed training in the hotel industry, gained professional experience, and speak fluent English and very good German
You can inspire your colleagues as much as your guests. You also know your way around the city and always have insider tips up your sleeve
You are a doer – and openly admit when you have made a mistake
You bring not only your skills (Opera) but also your character
