Export and Administration Clerk (m/f) 50%

The company Backer ELC is a subsidiary of the Swedish NIBE Group, for which over 18,000 employees work worldwide. We employ around 50 people at our location in Teufenthal. For over ninety years, we have been developing, producing, and selling highly compact round and flat heating rods for industrial and commercial applications. • Organization of national and international transports
• Control and maintenance of article master data (country of origin and customs tariff number)
• Price negotiations with freight forwarders
• Processing inquiries in the area of administration and creating offers, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, and credit notes
• Maintenance and upkeep of customer data in the ERP system
• General correspondence in German and English
• Support and collaboration in the areas of marketing & quality management
• Ordering and managing office supplies
• Assistance with scheduling and general office work
• Operating the telephone switchboard with associated triage

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a foreign trade specialist or knowledge in import/export and customs desired
• Confident German as well as good English skills, French skills are an advantage
• Proficient handling of ERP systems and common MS Office programs
• Structured, independent, and efficient working style
• Daily presence each morning
